There is no unfollow-all button
X provides no way to unfollow everyone at once. There is no setting, and the API offers no bulk endpoint for it, so every tool that claims the feature is really unfollowing accounts one at a time in a loop.
That distinction matters, because the loop is exactly what gets noticed. An account that sheds three thousand follows in an afternoon has done something no person does, and the shape of that activity causes restrictions more reliably than the total.

What clearing a list actually takes
Spread it out and the same job becomes unremarkable. The ratio improves steadily throughout rather than all at once, and nothing about the pattern stands out.

Unfollow everyone, or unfollow selectively?
Most people who search for this do not actually want to unfollow everyone. They want their timeline back and their ratio fixed, which is a different job.
Selective clearing gets you both without losing the accounts you value: remove people who never followed back, remove accounts dormant for six months or more, and keep everyone you actually read.
Build a whitelist before the first run — customers, partners, friends, people whose writing you rely on. Rebuilding a following list you cleared indiscriminately takes considerably longer than clearing it did.

If you genuinely want a clean slate
Some accounts do want to start over — a repositioned brand, or a list built years ago under a different strategy.
