Each connected account can send up to 300 direct messages in a 24-hour window, spread out with randomised intervals. On Growth that is 900 messages a day across three accounts, 1,800 across six on Pro, and 3,000 across ten on Agency. We cap it there deliberately — it is the pace we consider safe for the long term.

Yes, up or down, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and give you the extra account slots right away. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date so you do not lose paid time.

Yes. Switch the pricing toggle to Yearly and every monthly plan costs 30% less than twelve monthly payments: Starter $226.80, Growth $579.60, Pro $999.60 and Agency $1,839.60 a year. The 3-day free trial applies to yearly plans too, so the full year is charged on day four, not before. Lifetime is already a single payment, so it has no yearly option. Email us if you would like to switch an existing monthly subscription across.

Cancel yourself on the cancel-account page — enter the email you signed up with (and your phone number if you added one) and it takes effect immediately. Or email [email protected] and we will handle it within 24 hours. No retention gauntlet.

You cannot — the app will simply ask you to upgrade or disconnect an existing account first. Nothing gets charged automatically without you choosing it.

If something is genuinely not working as described, email us within your first billing period and we will sort it out. We would rather refund one month than argue with someone who is unhappy.
