We are not going to pretend this is a retention play — you can cancel through the button above without reading another word. But in the cases where we hear back, the reason is usually one of three things, and two of them are fixable in about ten minutes.
Targeting that was too broad, so the follow-back rate never justified the cost. A welcome DM that read like marketing, so nobody replied. Or a daily limit set so conservatively that nothing measurable happened in the first weeks.
If any of those sound familiar, reply to any email from us before you cancel and we will look at the account and tell you honestly whether it is fixable. If it is not, we will say that too.

Enter your email on this page and we send a confirmation link. Click it, press cancel, and your subscription ends immediately. The link expires in 30 minutes. Email and chat requests are processed within 24 hours instead.
They stop at the end of your paid period. Nothing is deleted from your X account — every follow, unfollow and message that already happened stays exactly as it is. We simply stop performing new actions.
No. Once canceled, the subscription does not renew. If you believe you have been charged after canceling, email us with the transaction and we will refund it — that is a mistake, not a policy.
Our standard terms do not include refunds for time already used. That said, if you canceled because something genuinely did not work as described, email us and explain — we would rather refund you than have you tell people we were difficult about it.
Campaign data and analytics are removed from active systems after cancellation. If you want an export of your follower history or unfollower log, ask before you cancel and we will send you a CSV.
Yes, any time, and you do not need a new account. Sign up again with the same email and your settings will be waiting. Quite a few people pause over a quiet quarter and return before a launch.
There is no formal pause button, but you can switch every campaign off inside the app and keep the account dormant on the Starter plan. If a genuine pause would keep you, email us — we can usually work something out.
