Billing, plans and cancelling
Paid plans are charged when you check out and monthly after that. Cancelling is self-service from the cancel page, takes effect immediately, and needs no phone call.
How plans work
Every paid plan includes every feature. Plans differ only by how many X accounts you connect, so there is no tier that withholds a capability.
The Free plan is seven days on one account with no card, at lower daily limits — 50 DMs, 50 follows and 50 unfollows a day. When the week is up it simply stops; nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel.
Paid plans are charged at checkout rather than after a trial, then monthly on the same date. There is also a one-time Lifetime plan for a single account with no recurring billing.
How to cancel
Go to the cancel page and enter the email you signed up with. We email a confirmation link to that address — nothing is cancelled at this stage, and the reply is deliberately generic so the form cannot be used to check whether an address has an account.
Click the link, then press the confirm button on the page that opens. Your subscription is cancelled immediately with no further charges.
The link itself cancels nothing when opened, so email scanners and link previews cannot trigger it by accident.
If you are on the Lifetime plan
There is no subscription to cancel, because there is no recurring payment. The cancel page will report no active subscription, which is expected rather than an error.
