How plans work

Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only by how many X accounts you connect, so there is no tier that withholds a capability.

Every monthly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You add a card at signup, and nothing is charged until day four. If you do not cancel, the first payment is taken then, and monthly on the same date after it.

The card is saved before the trial starts, which is why you are asked for it up front. It is not charged during the trial, and a cancellation before day four means it is never charged at all.

Every monthly plan can also be paid yearly, which takes 30% off twelve monthly payments: Starter $226.80, Growth $579.60, Pro $999.60 and Agency $1,839.60 a year. The trial works the same way — nothing is charged for three days, then the whole year is charged on day four and renews a year after that.

There is also a one-time Lifetime plan for a single account. It has no trial and no recurring billing: it is a single payment at checkout.

How to cancel

Go to the cancel page and enter the email you signed up with. We email a confirmation link to that address — nothing is cancelled at this stage, and the reply is deliberately generic so the form cannot be used to check whether an address has an account.

Click the link, then press the confirm button on the page that opens. Your subscription is cancelled immediately with no further charges. During the trial that means you pay nothing at all.

Do this with time to spare: the first payment is taken on day four, so a cancellation started on the evening of day three leaves very little margin for the email to arrive.

The link itself cancels nothing when opened, so email scanners and link previews cannot trigger it by accident.

If you are on a yearly plan

Cancelling works the same way and takes effect immediately, which stops the yearly renewal. The year is paid up front and, as with monthly plans, payments already made are not refunded automatically.

That makes the trial the risk-free window: if you are unsure about a yearly plan, cancel before day four and you are never charged. If something has genuinely not worked as described, email us and we will look at it in good faith.

If you are on the Lifetime plan

There is no subscription to cancel, because there is no recurring payment. The cancel page will report no active subscription, which is expected rather than an error.
